1963Glovision Inc. established in Kojimachi Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. (8th August)
1965Recording Studio established in the Jakuetsu Bldg., Minami Motomachi 3, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo (now GS Bldg.)
1969Voice production for animation of the national icon ‘Sazae-san’ began.
1975Voice-over production for the foreign TV drama ‘Columbo’ began.
1979Video Editing Studio established in Shinsei Kaikan Bldg. 2F, Shinanomachi 33, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo.
1981Subtitling operations began.
1984Production of Japanese language version of NHK Documentary program began.
1985Dubbing production and distribution of foreign drama ‘CHiPS.’
1991Production of Japanese language version of foreign drama ‘Twin Peaks’ began.
1993The Video Editing Studio goes digital.
1995Headed sound production for the musical ‘Disney on Ice.’
1997The GS Bldg. (formerly Jakuetsu Bldg.), Minami Motomachi 3, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo is acquired.
2000Glovision becomes a 100% consolidated subsidiary of Nippon Herald Films, Inc. (currently Kadokawa Group Publishing)
2001Headed sound productions for various attractions at the Osaka theme park, Universal Studios Japan.
2002Production of Japanese dubbing for cinema version of ‘Lord of the Rings.’ Production of Japanese language version for foreign drama ‘CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.’
2003Recording Studio and Video Editing Studio are refurbished and upgraded.
2004Production of Japanese language version of the Korean Drama ‘Dae Jang Geum’ (aka Jewel in the Palace) began.
2006The No.2 Video Editing Studio upgraded to a HD Hybrid Editing Room.
2008Completion of a 7.1CH, 24p capable Dubbing Studio (No. 5 Studio). The No. 1 Video Editing Studio is upgraded to HD, making all studios HD-capable. Production of Japanese language version of the Korean drama, ‘Legend’ began.
2009Production of Japanese language version of the Korean drama, ‘Yi San’ began.
2010The No.1 Recording Studio is upgraded and goes digital.
2011Production of Japanese dubbing for cinema version of ‘The Social Network.’
